Orders and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive 7 to 13 business days after you order. Every product page shows the expected dates for an order placed now.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $99 or more after discounts, and every bundle ships free. Otherwise it's a flat $9.95 anywhere in Australia.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Different products can be packed in different places, so a mixed order sometimes arrives in separate parcels, on different days. Each one has its own tracking link.
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been sent yet, we'll do our best to change it.
Sale, codes and savings
When does the launch sale end?
It ends at 11:59 pm AEDT (Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra time) on Saturday 31 October. After that, items sell at the crossed-out price.
Can I use my welcome code as well as the sale?
No, they don't combine. Your cart uses whichever leaves you paying less.
How does Buy more, save more work?
Two items that aren't part of a bundle save an extra 10%, and three or more save 15%. They can be the same product or different ones. Bundles are already discounted, so they don't count. The saving is worked out after the launch sale or your code, and your cart takes it off automatically.
Where is my code?
It's sent to the email you entered in the treat game. If you can't see it, check your Promotions tab or Spam. It works for 30 minutes from when it's sent, so type it into your cart soon.
Products
What size is the herding ball?
It comes in three sizes. Pick the size that's too big for your dog to get their mouth around: 25 cm for small dogs and young puppies, 45 cm for kelpies, heelers, border collies and dogs their size, and 55 cm for big dogs like shepherds, Labs and goldens. If you're between sizes, go bigger.
Are your toys indestructible?
No toy is. Ours are made for supervised play, and each product page tells you what it's made for and what it isn't.
Can my dog play with these on their own?
We recommend supervising every game. Put toys away when the game is over, especially ones that hold treats.
Returns
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, within 7 days if it's unused and in its original packaging.
What if something arrives faulty?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. Faulty items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law and we'll put it right.
