Shipping and delivery

What it costs

Shipping is free when the items in your cart come to $99 or more after discounts. Below that, shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, wherever you are in Australia. Every bundle ships free, whatever your total.

How long it takes

Our fulfilment partner packs your order within 1 to 3 business days. It then takes 6 to 10 business days to reach you, so most orders arrive 7 to 13 business days after you order.

Orders placed before 2 pm AEDT (Sydney time) on a business day count as that day's orders. Orders placed later, or on a weekend, count from the next business day. Every product page shows the expected dates for an order placed right now.

These dates are an estimate, not a guarantee. Public holidays, severe weather and busy periods can add a few days, and remote areas can take longer.

Where your order comes from

Your order is packed and sent by our fulfilment partner, which may send it from a warehouse overseas. That's why delivery takes longer than from a local shop. If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll get a tracking link for each one.

Tracking your order

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is sent. If it hasn't arrived by the latest date we gave you, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund.

Addresses

Please check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away and we'll try to change it before your order is sent. We can't deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers, so please use a street address.
