Who we are

Snuffle Supply is a small Australian business. We started it to give working breeds and other busy dogs a proper job at home, and everything we sell is picked with them in mind.

Your order

Your order is accepted when we email you an order confirmation. If you need to change something, contact us as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to update your order before it's sent.

We may cancel all or part of an order if an item becomes unavailable, if we suspect fraud or if we can't deliver to your address. If we do, we'll tell you and refund what you paid for anything we don't send.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. The total shown at checkout, including any shipping, is what you pay.

When an item is on sale, its full price is shown crossed out next to the sale price. The sale ends at the time shown on the site, and from then the item sells at the crossed-out price.

If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before we send anything. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We take payment through Stripe's secure checkout when you place your order. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Afterpay, Klarna and Zip are also offered at checkout on eligible orders, under their own terms.

Discounts

• Buy more, save more: two items that aren't in a bundle take 10% off, and three or more take 15% off. They can be the same product or different ones. The saving is worked out after any sale or code, and your cart takes it off automatically.
• Bundles are already discounted, so they don't count towards Buy more, save more.
• Discount codes don't combine with a sale or with each other. If you enter a code during a sale, your cart uses whichever leaves you paying less.

The treat game

In the treat game, a treat marked 20% drops into one of three pockets, and then the pockets are shuffled. Follow the treat and pick its pocket to get 20% off. The other two pockets hold 5% off. If you find 5%, you get one free redo.

• We email your code and never show it on the site. There's one code per person and per email address. Claiming one signs you up for our emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Your code works for 30 minutes from when we send it, and it only counts once you type it into your cart.
• Each code is for one order and can't be exchanged for cash.

Delivery

We deliver to street addresses anywhere in Australia, but not to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Delivery dates on our site are estimates, not guarantees. Our shipping page explains what shipping costs, how the dates are worked out and what happens if a parcel is late, lost or damaged.

Returns and refunds

If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them. You pay the postage for a change-of-mind return, and we pay it if an item is faulty. We refund within 5 business days of receiving your return. Our returns page explains how to start one.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Using our products safely

Our toys are made for supervised play, so put them away when the game is over. Check them often, and take away any that are worn or damaged. Each product page says what the product is for and what it isn't. If your dog swallows part of a toy, call your vet straight away.

Our liability

If we break these terms or don't take reasonable care, we're responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result that was reasonably foreseeable. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for loss or damage that wasn't reasonably foreseeable.

Our privacy policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of South Australia.
